The Wraparound Facilitator position will serve areas in Hancock, Shelbyville, and Marion County.


  • Provides engagement, planning, implementation and transition of services for high needs children and families

  • Manages allocated resources for these clients

  • Coordinates the child and family treatment team


Bachelor Degree plus one (1) year experience in mental health related field. Clinical experience working with children and families.

Current valid Indiana Driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required and a driving record that adheres to CHI Policy


  • Knowledge of child/adolescent behavioral health

  • Ability to relate in a non-judgmental and culturally competent manner

  • Knowledge and creativity in regard to community resources

  • Knowledge of or readiness to learn strength oriented wrap-around service model

  • Ability to make home/community based site visits

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Must possess, by specialized training or experience, age-specific competencies to deal with the needs of the population served

Additional Information

Due to the pandemic the Wrap Around Facilitator will work for home conducting WebEx interviews to compete required task.
