This highly motivated professional will serve as the primary E-commerce marketing lead for multiple partners within our retail marketing division. The ideal candidate is thoughtful, creative, analytical, and organized, and has demonstrated prior success growing E-commerce businesses.


  • Collaborate with internal program team(s) to develop marketing strategies within our E-commerce business for up to 10 external partners.

  • Evaluate the impact of marketing strategies in achieving their stated objectives, leveraging data and metric-driven insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to inform successful strategies and programs.

  • Provide growth strategies within all digital sales channels (including email campaigns, organic social media initiatives, and SEO).

  • Manage and develop revenue strategies to increase sales within prime E-commerce channels: organic search, paid search, paid social, referral, affiliate, direct, email, organic social

  • Liaison and day-to-day contact between LGM marketing team and external partner(s) – presenting marketing plans, preparing and presenting annual/quarterly reports, overseeing marketing calendars and collaborating on promotions.

  • Manage assigned internal E-commerce Marketing Coordinators and Assistants on a day-to-day basis.

  • Work with Senior Director of Marketing to develop and implement SEM and paid social campaigns.

  • Work directly with our SEM, SEO and Affiliate agencies to establish budgets, optimize performance and provide both external and internal reporting.

  • Maintain contact with internal IT department to ensure site updates and performance.

  • Work with internal IT in the onboarding of new LGM partners.

  • Research and formulate ways to optimize user experience and revenue.


To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 4+ years of experience E-commerce marketing and digital management

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

  • Experience with Google Analytics, UX or Adobe
