The Lilly Professional Apprenticeship Program is a 12-month intensive fixed duration (FDE) professional development program during which the apprentice receives a combination of formal training, on-the-job learning, and mentoring in a key functional area to be equipped to compete for a Lilly position after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Be a part of the Global Learning Solutions (GLS) team in Global Learning & Development. Our team manages multiple enterprise-wide learning technology platforms, learning data, and centralized learning processes, and the external vendors who provide services related to those processes. As a Learning Solutions Apprentice, you will have responsibility for supporting a variety of learner, supervisor and L&D end user initiatives. This will include the use of new technologies and tools (Chatbot, Automation, Overlay, etc) to improve end user experience, increase efficiencies, simplify processes and reduce time and cost.
Support broad GLS end-user improvement initiatives including, simplification and modernization of job aids, guidelines and support materials for learners, supervisors and L&D. Promote the use of the GLS support model for issue solutions and support materials for guidance, advancing business area L&D with other SMEs and/or Service Managers. Consult as needed with business areas on learning services related topics such as learning plans, training assignment, catalogs, subject areas, courses and curriculum, etc.
As designated, serve as the primary owner/point of contact for one or more subject areas or processes. These assignments will vary from person to person and change over time.
HS Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of related or professional experience.
Proven experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

At least 1 year of college and/or associate degree in a related field
1-3 years experience with learning & development data/information & related business processes/systems
Experience with LMS and/or SuccessFactors and learning technologies
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
