A long-term temporary-to-full-time employment opportunity, the Front Desk Coordinator role is based in the Indianapolis, Indiana region.
Receive and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
Look after special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures
Incoming phone call management skills required
1+ years of experience
Wide ranging experience with Superior Customer Service
Experience with Schedule Appointments
Proven knowledge of Schedule Patient Appointments
Quality experience with customer service
Good understanding of Inbound Telephone Calls
Foundational knowledge in Patient Scheduling
Skills in Administrative Assistance
Answering Inbound Calls experience required
Hands-on experience with Medical Front Office
Comprehension of Healthcare Administration
Strong familiarity with data entry
Answering Inbound Calls experience
General familiarity with Scanning Documents
Well-founded grasp of filing
Earlier work involving Meeting Notes
Experience with Perform Data Entry
Practical knowledge of Document Scanning
Previous experience working with Direct Guests
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
