Provide home base case management services
Provide Parenting Education
Understand and implement evidenced based moralities
Complete Casework Plan, weekly case notes, and monthly progress reports
Attend Supervision/Staffing bi-weekly
Facilitate and supervise family visitations
Assess family functioning and parent skills
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related human service field required
Previous experience preferred
Valid Driver’s License in good standing and reliable transportation & auto insurance that complies with state law
Successful clearance of local, state, and national background checks

StepStone connects children and youth who need homes with foster families, as well as foster care training, respite care and support services.
