  • Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties

  • Greet and instruct visitors

  • Assist other employees with diverse projects Requirements - Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Proven ability to use the internet for research

  • Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

  • Knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

  • Conference room setup & cleanup experience highly desired

  • Deep understanding of composing various kinds of correspondence

  • Quality experience with customer service

  • Alpha 8,001 - 10,000 kph experience desired

  • Proven knowledge of meeting coordination and planning

  • Comprehension of Microsoft Office

  • Wide ranging experience with email

  • Earlier work involving filing

  • Well-founded grasp of copying

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word

  • Previous experience working with mail processing

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Good understanding of mailrooms

  • General familiarity with numeric data entry

  • Practical knowledge of data entry

  • Conference call coordination experience preferred

  • Skills in MS Outlook
