Community Health Network is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), to join the Community Behavioral Health team in our South/East regions. This provider will see patients in our two growing practices located at the Hancock County/Greenfield location and the Shelby County/Shelbyville location.

• Full time day opportunity

• Outpatient setting, no call or weekends required. Monday – Friday (days), later or earlier coverage may be needed based on patient volume and needs

• Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in Behavioral Health within the adult and youth populations

• Clinical experience in this specialty as an advanced practice provider is strongly preferred

• Must be highly accountable, hardworking, and independent
