Evaluates processes by knowing the business impact to determine what is and isn't working and makes recommendations for improvement. iPERFORMANCE STANDARDSWhat does this position do?Responsible for providing support for the Lead Team, Resource Centers, organizational and resource center projects, event support, maintaining technology updates and audits, report creation, preparation and analysis.iWho does this position work with to get the job done?Routinely collaborates with all resource centers to ensure that communication is consistent and that membership needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.i Provides flexible and responsive support to the Lead Team, Resource Centers and project teams in order to produce results. iWhat does the work from this position produce or generate?Models effective communication, efficiency, and an employee-oriented approach while participating in a high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, and productivity. Incorporates productive and effective decisions to leverage resources appropriately and achieve performance standards.iPOSITION REQUIREMENTSAssist team members while demonstrating a commitment to excellent service.Imagines alternatives to improve processes and procedures within own area of responsibility and throughout the credit union.Effectively communicates recommendations for possible ways of improving the credit union.May have exposure and involvement with customized or special projects.iUtilizes other resource centers as needed to assist team members to improve processes and procedures that impact business value.Maintains credit union knowledge to assist members and team members with routine questions and problems.Participates in continuing education classes and training to remain up to date on credit union information.Safeguards workstation by keeping drawer locked, maintaining the established limits of cash, and accurately counting cash.iMakes decisions after considering all the information and uses critical thinking to find the right solution.Performs clerical duties such as data entry, creating correspondence, and filing and scanning records to support the credit union.Performs duties as assigned which may include administration, audits and reporting of access cards and alarm code maintenance.Maintains ongoing communication with supervisor and team members, reports problems, developments, changes, and other important information regarding responsibilities.iACTIVITY and KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSWork Environment Normal accessibility of branch and corporate work sites required for the position.Normal exposure to cramped spaces, loud noises, dust, and work safety hazards.Normal am
