BKD, LLP Receptionist in Evansville, Indiana
As a Receptionist, your main role is to create a warm and professional first impression by greeting clients and guests who arrive at our Evansville office. Additionally, you will support our partners and staff in various administrative capacities. Timely arrival and great communication skills are a must along with a dedication to providing unmatched client service.
What You Will Do:
Answer calls and greeting clients and guests at the front desk
Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail, including mail and fax distribution
Maintain FedEx/UPS and other supplier accounts
Maintain common spaces (e.g. meeting rooms, lobby, break room, etc.)
Coordinate of conference room schedules and preparing for meetings
Order and maintenance of office supplies/inventory
Assist in other administrative functions (filing, typing, proofreading, tax processing support, etc.)
Perform tax e-filing as needed
Perform maintenance of tax due date list
Other duties as required
A Successful Trusted Advisor Has:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills while working under deadlines
Ability to manage projects and is a self-starter
Flexibility in work hours; occasional unplanned overtime will occur. Chances of overtime increase during busy seasons during which some Saturdays may be required
Minimum Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent, Additional college education preferred
Previous work experience in a professional office environment
At least 2 years of experience answering a multi-line phone system
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe programs
