Hillcrest Youth Services is currently seeking aPART-TIME OR FULL-TIMESafe Place Coordinator/Outpatient Therapistto add to our team of treatment professionals. Current enrollment in a Master of Social Work program with expected graduation within 6 months of hire.Master degree in Social Work with LSW, LCSW/LAC/LCAC preferred.Position may start out at PART-TIME employment while finishing degree. Upon graduation work schedule will be as follows: During school year Mondays and Fridays 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9:30am-6:30pm/During summer (no school in session): Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.Safe Place on-call coverage.Previous work with juveniles highly preferred.Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal and writing skills.Some light travel with quarterly overnight stays.Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.Must have valid driver's license, proof of insurance, a reliable vehicle, and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insuranceCandidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?Conduct intakes as well as individual, family, and group therapeutic services as assigned.Maintain close collaboration with referral sources.Complete all intake paperwork on new clients as well as discharge summaries on discharged clients.Complete Safe Place site reviews.Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFP) as needed.Manage and maintain information for databases.Assure fee collection and required information is provided for billing purposes.Collect drug screens as required.Provide in-services and trainings as needed.Applicants must be available full-time (40 hours) 8am-5pm Monday-Friday for first two weeks of training.If you are interested in joining a fun, friendly, innovative team, apply today!EOE/AA including Veterans and DisabledIf you are a person with a disability needing assistance with the application process, please call (812) 435-2057.
