This full-time IT M3 ERP OPERATIONS BUSINESS ANALYST/CONSULTANT will support Infor M3 users globally by providing Tier 3 Help Desk Support, Training and documentation of M3 standard usage, Leading M3 system and user acceptance testing, and Supporting M3 related projects in a Business Analyst role. Knowledge in all areas of M3 is desired and expertise in M3 Manufacturing Execution, Product Data Management, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Execution and Procurement is required.

What you’ll be doing:
Consult with colleagues and users as a Kemin expert in the M3 areas of M3 BE Manufacturing Execution, Product Data Management, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Execution and Procurement.
Expert knowledge and understanding of standard business processes for Kemin
Knowledge, understanding and documenting use of M3 to support the standard Kemin business processes.
Initiate and support business process improvements as the expert in Kemin standard business processes who works to improving them to be industry best practices
Creation of new business processes and corresponding usage of M3 to achieve the business process needs while meeting the information needs of Kemin.
Provide process flows, gap and other analysis
Training and documentation of M3 standard usage
Facilitate training sessions
Creation and training of M3 SOP’s and other training documentation
Creation of content for online user self-training
Audits of M3 Standards
Maintain M3 Standards documentation
Leading M3 system and user acceptance testing
Create test scenarios
Identify test scope
Develop test plans
Create automated test scripts using ATA software
Communicate with colleagues and users
Supporting M3 related projects in Business Analyst role
Including M3 upgrades, patches, new modules, integrations and any M3 related systems
Create Business Analysis Plans and related documents
Elicit requirements, document and work directly with all levels of project members to gain understanding and agreement.
Provide training plans and facilitate training sessions
Create testing plans and coordinate testing and results documentation
Provide Tier 3 Help Desk Support
Respond timely, use the Footprints tracking system appropriately
Functional support other areas of M3
What we require of you:
Bachelor’s Degree combined with 3 years’ experience in M3
Associates Degree combined with 5 years’ experience in M3
Knowledge of continuous process improvement methodology
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio and Project
Knowledge and experience in other M3 areas such as M3 BE Sales Management
Understanding of Business Analysis
Understanding of business processes, best practices, and change management
Working knowledge of project management disciplines
Outstanding communication skills – oral and written
Outstanding listening skills
A servant leadership attitude and ability to lead without direct responsibility.
Proven written skills creating SOP’s, training documentation and analytical documentation
Ability to manage a large workload with changing priorities
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time
