Robert Half International Data Entry Clerk in CARMEL, Indiana

Description A company in the Financial Services industry is working with OfficeTeam to find a candidate with a strong sense of initiative and determined to start their career as a highly-skilled Data Entry Clerk. We are seeking a data-savvy professional who is keen to pick up on important details and looking to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. You will need to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have rapid and error-free typing skills and impeccable organization? Then this is the Data Entry Specialist position for you. This long-term temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Carmel, Indiana area.

How you will make an impact

  • Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources

  • Examine reports and sheets of data

  • Search websites for information

  • Keep records of tasks, files, and progress

  • Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

  • Submit information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

  • Review completed work for content errors or duplicate values before presenting the final product Requirements - 2+ years of related experience

  • Consistent typing accuracy

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request

    • Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

  • Well-founded grasp of Confidential Documents

  • Proven knowledge of Compiling Documents

  • Business review documents experience highly desired

  • Typing Data Entry experience

  • Solid understanding of data entry

  • Numeric data entry experience

  • General familiarity with document control

  • Practical knowledge of Document Review

  • Foundational knowledge in customer service
